Want Pride to come early?
In small towns, they often host Pride outside of June, and it’s a great way to dip your toes into the community or show ally support. For the third year, I’ll be slinging my queer little books at the Placer Pride Festival in Roseville on May 16, and I love supporting this small pride event! I pulled from my experiences attending this event the past two years as well as other Prides in writing Stand by Your Pride, even if my story doesn’t have as much of the Pride event as others in the collab.
Who will I see this weekend? I’ll be signing at the Sacramento Book Festival! Don’t miss it, Sunday, April 19, from 10 am to 5 pm at the Scottish Rite Masonic Center, 6151 H Street, in East Sacramento. Admission is free and there will be food trucks, all ages welcome with over 250 authors across genres!
Now for the big news, today is the release of my short story, Stand by Your Pride!
I loved writing a sweet short about a small-town farmer and the social media influencer who gets lost…then gets off. It’s also my first book being sold wide or available on library apps!
Today is the release for all of the Foggy Basin Pride, Small Town Romance short stories!
These books are all standalones, but set in the same fictional town of Foggy Basin in Northern California (my stomping grounds). They are all .99cent short stories available now!
